How to order a gang sheet
A gang sheet is one large sheet you fill with as many designs as fit. Watch the walkthrough, then follow the steps.

- Pick a size on the DTF or UV DTF gang sheet page.
- Click “Build your own Gang Sheet” to open the builder.
- Upload your PNGs, then drag, resize or auto-fill the sheet.
- Check the preview and add to cart.
Leave about 0.25″ between designs and remove any white boxes. Anything that isn’t transparent will print.
How to press DTF transfers
Use a heat press for a soft, long-lasting finish. Do a test press on a scrap garment when you can.

- Medium-firmPressure
- Pre-press the garment 3–5 sec to remove moisture and wrinkles.
- Place the transfer ink side down, film facing up.
- Press 10–15 sec with medium-firm, even pressure.
- Peel the film as noted on your order. If you’re not sure, let it cool and peel slowly.
- Finish press 5–10 sec under parchment for a softer feel.
Pressing polyester or blends? Drop to about 270–285°F to avoid scorching.
Wash & care for DTF prints
Treat your prints right and they’ll stay bright wash after wash. Share this with your customers too.

- Turn inside out and wash cold or warm on gentle.
- Skip bleach and fabric softener.
- Tumble dry low or hang dry.
- Never iron directly on the print, and don’t dry clean.

How to apply UV DTF transfers
No heat press needed. UV DTF sticks to hard, smooth surfaces like tumblers, glass, metal and wood.

- Clean the surface with rubbing alcohol and let it dry.
- Peel the backing paper slowly.
- Apply from the center out to push out air bubbles.
- Burnish firmly for about 30 seconds.
- Peel the clear film slowly at a low angle, then let it cure 24 hours.
On curved tumblers, stick the center first and work toward the edges.

One large sheet you fill with as many designs as fit. You pay by sheet size, not per design, so it's the most cost-effective way to print.
What file should I upload?
High-resolution PNG files (300 DPI) with a transparent background work best. Anything that isn't transparent, like a white box, will print.
DTF or UV DTF: which do I need?
DTF is heat-pressed onto fabric: shirts, hoodies, hats and totes. UV DTF is peel-and-stick for hard surfaces: tumblers, cups, glass, metal and wood.
How fast will I get my order?
Order by 12 PM CST for same-day shipping, or by 1 PM CST (11 AM on Saturdays) for same-day local pickup. Orders over $150 ship free.
Do DTF transfers work on dark shirts?
Yes. DTF prints include a white base layer, so colors stay bright on black, navy and other dark garments.
Can I use a household iron?
We recommend a heat press. An iron often can't deliver enough even heat and pressure, which can lead to peeling.
